Non-Profit Contest

Know a Non-Profit that Needs a Hand?

With every new year there is a new beginning! We’d like to give back to those who will spend the New Year working hard to do good for others. The Clearpoint Agency team will help one non-profit organization with pro-bono PR and marcom services throughout 2014. Services will be determined based on the non-profit’s needs and may include, but are not limited to, message development, press releases, blog writing, website content, social media, and media relations.

We have kept the questions very simple. Just fill out and submit the form below. Please keep answers to 200 words or less. Email Antonia@clearpointagency.com with any questions. Anyone can submit a charity for consideration, but it must be a 501(c)(3) organization in order to be considered.

[contact-form-7 id=”1306″ title=”non-profit form”] If you are having difficulty uploading materials, please email them to Antonia@clearpointagency.com with clear identification of the organization so we can match them to your online entry.

We will take entries through February 14, 2014 so please spread the word! The Clearpoint team will select 3 entries that will compete for the prize. We will then have a select panel of Clearpoint partners and clients vote for their favorite entry.

Winner will be selected on February 24, 2014 and announced via our blog and Facebook page. Follow @clearpointPR on Twitter to stay posted. See below for more details on rules.

Rules and requirements:
Entries must be submitted by Friday, February 14, 2014 by 12 midnight PST. Only submissions from an official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization will be considered. One winner will be selected and announced on Monday, February 24, 2014. Services rendered will be determined based on need and priorities set by both the non-profit and Clearpoint Agency. Services will be rendered throughout 2014, and the non-profit will be required to sign a contract to agree to work with Clearpoint Agency. Certain expenses for third-party services such as wire services or art assets required to complete the PR and marcom work will be the responsibility of the non-profit. But Clearpoint Agency will ensure they are nominal or at the best non-profit discount we can secure.
