At the beginning of the year, Synteract, an innovative contract research organization (CRO), reached a critical point to reevaluate its brand identity to ensure further growth. The CRO turned to Clearpoint Agency to conduct a full review to reposition itself as the midsize leader in the clinical research industry. Clearpoint Agency partnered with Diseño Communications to develop the graphical aspects of the rebrand, including logo development, collateral and website design. With a tight timeline of less than four months, both agencies hit the ground running to meet the target launch date.
Clearpoint Agency conducted primary and secondary industry research to reposition Synteract, developed new messaging and a new tagline to reflect its revised focus, and developed an objective-driven marketing communications and public relations program to create awareness and open new markets.
Since launching its new brand in April, Synteract has received positive reception from clients and employees, seen an increase in social media followers and website traffic, and obtained several articles in leading publications.
