Deal to acquire our clients CUSO Financial Services (CFS) and Sorrento Pacific Financial (SPF) by Atria Wealth Solutions has closed.
Atria Wealth Solutions (Atria), a modern wealth management solutions holding company, completed the acquisition of 20-year-old CFS and SPF, sister companies which have built successful investment programs inside credit unions and banks, on November 30. CFS/SPF will continue to operate as subsidiaries of Atria, and co-founders Valorie Seyfert and Amy Beattie will continue to lead CFS/SPF.
