Atria Wealth Solutions Acquires CUSO Financial Services and Sorrento Pacific Financial

The deal to acquire our clients, CUSO Financial Services (CFS) and Sorrento Pacific Financial (SPF), by Atria Wealth Solutions has closed.

Atria Wealth Solutions (Atria), a modern wealth management solutions holding company, completed the acquisition of 20-year-old CFS and SPF, sister companies which have built successful investment programs inside credit unions and banks, on November 30. CFS/SPF will continue to operate as subsidiaries of Atria, and co-founders Valorie Seyfert and Amy Beattie will continue to lead CFS/SPF.
