We regularly donate time, funds, and services to organizations in need, and support our employees’ altruistic pursuits with company-sponsored beach cleanups, food drives, and other volunteer opportunities.

Batiquitos Lagoon Foundation
The Batiquitos Lagoon Foundation is dedicated to the preservation, enhancement, and protection of Batiquitos Lagoon, one of the few remaining tidal wetlands on the southern California coast.
CARE
CARE is a humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. They place special focus on working alongside poor women because, equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities escape poverty.
Carlsbad High School Band
The Carlsbad High School Band Program is unique among schools as it has only one band which is open to all students without audition. The entire enrollment marches in the fall football season, then dons tuxedos and gowns in the spring to perform symphonic works. This level of inclusiveness is unusual among performing arts and other campus groups, leading to an unusually high degree of student diversity.
The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank
The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank is the largest hunger-relief organization in San Diego County. They work to acquire and distribute food to those in need through a network of nonprofit partner organizations that include food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless and residential shelters, youth programs, senior centers, and low-income daycare centers in communities throughout San Diego County.
National Association on Mental Illness
NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI advocates for access to services, treatment, support and research and is steadfast in its commitment to raising awareness and building a community of hope for all of those in need.
National MS Society
The National MS Society does tremendous work to help end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis through services and research to find a cure.
