Clearpoint Managed Event Gets Toshiba Valuable Time with Key Decision Makers

Toshiba Network Products Division (NPD) asked Clearpoint Agency to develop an exciting event that would create buzz at a popular annual industry tradeshow and engage prospects, customers, opinion leaders and the media.

Challenges

Get more C-level and VP-level executives to the event. Historically they did not consistently stop by the company’s tradeshow booth or hospitalities. To support sales, Toshiba wanted to form better relationships with key decision-makers.

Solution

Clearpoint conceptualized and managed a private party for 600+ featuring live entertainment and an award ceremony to present “Good Partner” Awards to their top-tier customers at multiple system operators (MSO).

Result

Best attendance of top-level MSO executives in Toshiba NPD history. Executives felt honored and many later displayed their awards in their offices – a great talking point for sales teams. The party came in under budget, and Toshiba was so pleased with the results it hired Clearpoint to duplicate the program the next two years. Clearpoint won two PRSA Bernays awards in the Events category for these programs.
